2 teaspoons cocoa powder
50 grams good-quality dark, bitter chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), in pieces
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
60 grams caster sugar
2 tablespoons Tia Maria
50 grams plain flour, sifted
Creme fraiche or vanilla ice cream, to serve
